Family does not necessarily imply ‘blood relations’. It could also refer to loved ones/near and dear ones, who not only love and care but also have your very best interests at heart, who will always be there for you in good times and bad, who is a shoulder to cry on, a hand stretched out to help, an ear to listen to your tales of woe, arms to envelop you in a needy hug of support.
