Sometimes, saying sorry everything is not enough

Sometimes, saying sorry everything is not enough

I heard a lot of insincere “I’m Sorry” through my life. If you apologize, fix what’s damaged and never repeat hurtful or damaging act, then it is sincere, but if you keep committing same act, it is just asking permission. ~ Cynthia Sudden

Sorry” is just a word, change is necessary. Without a commitment to change behavior that made the apology necessary, the word sorry is just a meaningless word.

“Sorry” or an apology is intended to reassure another that we recognize we did wrong, acknowledge that, and sincerely look at this moment as an opportunity to learn and grow not to get the heat off. ~ Tom Cozzens

If you expect the world to be good because you are good, that’s like expecting the lion not to eat you because you don’t eat him. Sorry is not enough, sometimes you actually have to change. ~ Ted Kim

Sorry is so easy to say for some people, especially when they don’t attach words to explain what they are sorry for, which doesn’t help or eliminate the hurt feelings that are attached to the possible offense, when there may be more than one or two offenses! Just a learned cop out – not an actual honest apology! For you need to define the offense before you can be forgiven! ~ Judith Higgins
