Our minds create our reality. Our thoughts determine how we experience the world around us. Even emotion is tied to a memory. This is why things experienced for the first time is so euphoric, then it dissipates and becomes a memory. Taste, smell, touch, hearing, we all learned by association and give things names/ labels. i.e lemon is sour. Sky is blue. How do we really know? A lemon could be sweet. The ocean and sky green and the grass blue. Point being our mind is a “Grand Illusion.” Thus, so is this thing we call reality. “The mind knows, what the eyes see.” and the heart simply “knows.”. Intuition, Love, Honesty, Compassion, Generosity and best of all “living in the moment.” The heart is pure and this is the place we were meant to live from. Children do it all of the time, then the world teaches them to live from the mind, they grow up and become labeling, pigeon holing fools like the rest of us.
