Never reply when you are angry

Never reply when you are angry

If a person replies, promises, or makes a decision under such emotions they may regret it. When we are hyped on those emotions we are not in a normal frame of mind in that moment. Angry becomes angrier, promises many times become too hard to keep and decisions when sad are usually scraped from the bottom of a pit. Our thought process may be off so not a good time to indulge when these emotions grip us. ~ Kathy Alanna

At times, when we reply when we are angry, we can say things out of anger. We need to consider everyone’s feelings, not just our own. Though the words can never be taken back, Saying you are sorry from your heart can heal many things and when the other person has a heart, they will forgive you. Saying your sorry shows that you care about the relationship, you share with another. This doesn’t mean you can freely say things in anger, it means we all need to think first before we speak or write. If you make a promise, keep it because there is nothing worse then broken promises. When we are sad, it is best to do what is needed for one self, whether it be time alone or in the company of those that love us, we will know what to do at that time. ~ Diana Preneta

If you replied when angry, it would just make matters worst. If you made a promise when happy, you would wish you never did. If you made a decision when sad, you’ll regret it for the rest of your life. ~ Divina Lim

How many of us have made promises when we were bonding with a friend and then never kept it ? Or sent a nasty email or broke up with someone because we were angry. You have to take responsibility for your emotions and actions. You have to be mature and responsible enough to control yourself when it concerns other people’s lives.
