Some people blame bad things they did on their anger.
Angry people usually grow up in an angry environment, in the family that talk to each other without screaming or yelling is the best family there is and then children knows that angry is not the right way to say or do to others. When you are upset it’s not ok to be angry, resolve problems without anger is better and not escalating to cruelty. ~ Rasmi Ang
