Praying has helped me get out of certain situations and it also depends on how much faith you have. Otherwise, you might still be able to take action yourself but without the help. Praying inside my head has helped me several times. For me it’s a good way to counter stress, anger, or depression without having to rely on unhealthy substances and it has gotten me out of bad situations. ~ Cynthia Suzumiya
